More success with agile project management?
The source of agile project management is a movement in agile software development. Its objectives are focused on deliverables and responding to technical and social challenges. We distinguish the agile framework from the traditional project management in two ways:
- one is the procedure model,
- the second one are the differentiated roles.
Agile PM is new and it is different. Are teams, projects and organizations that work agile really more successful? What is your opinion?
