Change Management in projects
Changes in projects:
Many projects result in changes, this doesn’t need to be an acquisition, a merger or a relocation. Even a new software, a different way of working, new workflows or new machinery and equipment will cause changes for employees and other stakeholders. Most people are skeptical, some even negative when it comes to changes.
When organizations are dealing with changes they are very successful with strategies, structures, processes and systems. However some do not consider the human factors (behaviors, feelings, beliefs). Only if both aspects (change outside the skin and change inside the skin) are taken into consideration projects can succeed.
That’s why we also want to write about change:
During the next few weeks we share our change management experience with you, introduce tools and models and write about projects that were successful because of change management measures.
Of course we also look forward to reading from your change management experience.
