Focused intention as a time management tool
Take a few minutes in the evening and write down what you want to do / achieve the next day.
But use “past tense” and be as precise as possible.
- I started the morning with yoga exercises.
- I had a successful meeting with customer XX.
- I prepared the kick off workshop for project YY with the company ZZ.
- I easily and quickly finished the invoices for the last workshops.
If there is something that you did not manage to accomplish during a day, put it on the list for the next day.
