Come to peace – first outside and then also inside

This can be practiced, even as a part of your daily life:
Once a month e.g. on a Sunday morning you could take time and take a walk in the forest.
No commitments, no phone, just you, no sports program.
While you walk try to stop your regular thinking patterns: to-do lists, Christmas shopping, family, next holidays, etc.
And let quiet, empty moments arrive:
Stop your walking, face the sun, take a deep look at the trees around you, listen to the rustling of the leaves, take a few deep breaths and perhaps you can even taste the coming snow in the air…

Especially in the winter, when all nature is covered by deep snow and you can almost touch the silence, a timeout on the base of the Dachstein can touch you deeply and bring clarity, energy and peace.
