Failure culture taken to extremes
You are always right and never make mistakes. If someone sees this differently then they are wrong.
If you happen to make a mistake use all your energy, knowledge and skills and of course also your connections to hide it. Or even better: blame it on someone else.
If one of your colleagues makes a mistake see this as your big chance. This is the best opportunity to inform your boss and all the other colleagues about this failure. And don’t forget to emphasize that something like this would never ever happen to you. (See 1) Sarcasm also helps a lot – like – “wow you did a really great job!”
If things are not working as they should it is always someone else’s fault. Just take enough time to analyze and look back and you will find the culprit and a reason that definitely has nothing to do with you.
