“Delivering Happiness” is not just one book, but four books in one.
It is Tony Hsieh’s autobiography, a book about Zappos, a management book and a book about delivering / finding happiness at the same time.

At the beginning you can read about Tony Hsieh’s childhood and his first attempts to earn money / make profits, which is quite amusing. Zappos’ story is very exciting and it seems that the first ten years have been very challenging but also rewarding for everyone involved.
The management book:
From the management part you can learn a lot about company culture, costumer as well as vendor relations. To get an idea about Zappos’ culture I would like to share the 10 core values with you:
